  • 10 button mushrooms , ends removed
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
  • 4 slices ginger
  • 4 scallion sections
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
