This is a super easy dish but also super yummy and healthy.
We eat broccoli a lot due to its rice nutrition .broccoli is a great veggie to eat and so yummy with garlic.
I do believe that this is a dish you may have made times in your kitchen, and my intention of posting it is just for reminding.

Broccoli should be rinsed in water firstly no matter in stir fry recipe or salad. But I do recommend adding some salt in the water before cooking so that there will be a first layer taste.

Besides adding several drops of oil in the rinsing water can help to keep the broccoli crispy and green in color.

Looks great - I don't see the carrots included in the instructions. Do you just cook them with the broccoli first in the water, then in the stir fry? Thanks!

For many years I have tried to do stir fry. I've bought many store bought stir fry sauces and tried many different ingredients to achieve an authentic flavor but all have failed. I came across this blog and decided to try it your way. Just a simple blanching of the veg. made a whole world of difference. Best stir fry I have ever made. The ingredients were simple but ended with that bang of flavor I was always looking for. The garlic and crisp broccoli yummmm. Thank you. Now I am off to continue reading your blog and seeing another part of the world through your experiences.
