Ingredients
dried snow fungus ,25g (around 3/4 head, remove the yellow end
5-7red dates
1tbsp.goji berries
30grock sugar or more based on personal preference
2Lwater ,for high pressure cooker or 2L for regular cooker
1Asian pear , peeled and cut into small cubes
Instructions
Soak snow fungus firstly until soft (around 30 minutes ). Then move the yellow end. Hand shred into small chunks.
Instant pot version
Prepare a high pressure cooker, place the sow fungus pieces in, goji berries, pears, add red dates and rock sugar. Add enough clean water. Press soup, 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and continue heating for another 10 minutes to get the right texture.
Regular pot version
Add all the ingredient in a soup pot. And heat for 30 minutes on midium heat. Keep the content boiling.
