Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk
Homemade healthy sweeter for coffee, ice cream, iced tea or bubble tea- sweetened condensed milk. You will only need 3 ingredients.
Ingredients

cup
fresh whole milk
1/4
cup
sugar
1
tbsp.
unsalted butter
Instructions
Prepare a thick bottom pan. pour in 1 cup of fresh whole milk and then add the sugar.
Start with slow fire and stir for a while until you can’t feel any sugar at the bottom.
Turn up the fire slightly to a middle fire, and add butter in. Continue simmering for around 15 to 20 minutes. Discard milk skin at the top.
Use a scraper to separate a gap on the surface of the pan. It will hold for a while.
Strain the sweetened condensed milk with a fine strainer.
Storage
Set aside until it cools down. Then transfer to a clean and air-tight container.
You can keep the condensed milk for around 1 week in fridge.
