Cut the chicken meat, put the chicken meat and pig tripe into the pot with cold water, put the sliced ginger and Chinese cooking wine in the pot and blanch
l Take the pig tripe out, wash it cleanly and cut it into large pieces(the sliced ginger should be discarded)
l Heat the oil, add the sliced ginger, then add the pig tripe and white pepper and stir-fry them. Add the boiled water, red dates and goji and boil for 3minutes under high heat.
l Pour the above soup into the pressure cooker, add chicken meat, cook for 10minutes, season with salt.
Tips:
If the soup is not thick enough after being cooked in the pressure cooker, you can boil the soup under high heat for 10minutes additionally.
