Homemade fried garlic

Homemade fried garlic which can make great improvement for your soups and meatballs.

Servings: 6
  • 2 whole garlic , peeled
  • 2 cups oil
  1. Peel the garlic and then chop into similar pieces. Keep large particles.

  2. Heat oil until hot until there are fine bubbles around chopstick. Place the garlic in. Keep stirring to avoid sticking to bottom in the first 2 mins.

  3. Fry over middle fire until the garlic becomes slightly golden brown. Strain the oil.

  4. Place in air-tight container.
