Cut the beef into slices, drain and marinade with the marinade sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Cut peppers into small pieces
Heat up water in wok and rinse the egg noodles for about 4 minutes. Transfer out and rinse in cold water. Add several drops of sesame oil and mix well.
Heat up cooking oil wok; add garlic slices in to stir fry until aroma. Add beef slices in to cook until the surface besides dark.
Add peppers in to stir fry until soft.
Add cooked noodles in. Then add light soy sauce and salt in. Mix well and turn off the fire.
Add cumin powder in, mix evenly and serve with hopped spring onions.
