Instructions
Place chopped garlic and half of the green onion in a bowl.Heat oil until hot. Pour the hot oil over the garlic. Mix all the other seasonings in.
Bring a large pot of water to a boiling in a deep pot and then blanch your raw ingredients one by one. Then cool down and drain completely.
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and then mix with the ingredients. Set aside for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
