This is a photo guide for about how to fold wonton for soup and how to fold wonton for frying.
Wonton can always get the love from Chinese people, the same as dumpling. Making wonton at home is not that difficult as you think.After folding the wontons, you can use it to make wonton soup or fried wonton. Additionally, you can adjust the meat stuffing according to your own tastes.
I will introduce two ways of folding wontons. The first one is simple version and is fitful for frying. And the second one is a more complete one and the wontons made are usually used for wonton soups.
Triangle wonton for frying
1. Put the wonton wrapper in the center of the left hand. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of meat stuffing onto the center of the wrapper.
2. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water. Fold one corner of the wrapper over the opposite corner to make a triangle just like the picture shows.

Repeat the above two steps and just add the following step three.
3. Hold the wrapper with both hands, curl the corner on the right hand in firstly and then the curl the corner on the left hand to seal with another corner. You can also change the sequence. But make sure that you press them firmly.
