Green bean and minced pork stir fry is a quick dish we love to make because of the full access to fresh green beans. It is our top choices for congee or porridge. You will only need several common ingredients to yield a flavor balanced dish.

Instead of using dried spices like dried peppers or Szechuan peppercorn in Szechuan style dry-fried green beans, I use fresh Thai peppers to bring a fait spice taste to this dish. Those fresh peppers not only bring spice taste to this dish, they also improve the aroma of this dish. If you want the dish to be milder, I still recommend adding 1 or 2 peppers.

I made this recipe for our dinner tonight as the main dish. I used green beans growing in my garden and ground lamb meat. It was very easy to make, yet so delicious and flavorful and everyone in my household enjoyed it. Thank you Elaine for your lovely recipes!.
